If any exclusion of liability under these Terms is not permitted by law, our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for our products under your Order or S$40, whichever is lower.

We have the sole and absolute discretion to accept or decline any orders received from or through the Website, and we are not required to provide a reason for our decision. Once we send a confirmation email to the email address provided by you, a contract is formed between you and us. Each accepted and fully paid order will be considered a separate and individual contract governed by the Terms. When contacting us about your order, please provide the order number given to you.

o place an order with us, you can either fill out the order form on our website or send an email to info@LouiseCandle.com. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information provided to us is accurate. Once your order is transmitted through the website, it is deemed irrevocable and unconditional, and we may process it without further reference to you.

If we are unable to accept or process your order, we will notify you of the reason, which may include the product being out of stock or unavailable, a credit reference not meeting our minimum requirements, limitations on our resources, an error in the price or description of the product, or being unable to meet a delivery deadline or request.

The price of the product listed on the website at the time your order is transmitted, along with any applicable taxes, shall be payable by you. Prices are subject to taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time without prior notice or reason. If a product has been mispriced on the site, we may terminate the order and notify you of such termination, regardless of whether the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.

Furthermore, if any of the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock or on back-order, we will only deliver your entire order once the item(s) become available, unless you have specified otherwise at the time of placing your order.

In the event of a failed delivery for any reason resulting in the return of your order to us, we would be pleased to arrange for re-delivery, subject to the payment of additional delivery costs by you. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery.

If you think that you have received an incorrect item or if your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@louisecandle.com with your order number, and we will assist you. If we require you to send the item(s) back to us, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending them via normal ordinary mail. Please ensure that the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

You can return unused and unopened items in their original packaging to us at your own expense within fourteen days of receiving our email notification confirming the processing of your order. Before returning any item(s), please email us at info@louisecandle.com and include your order number. Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original packaging, we will issue a refund for the amount paid by you for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.

We apologize that refunds can only be provided for items purchased from the Website.

You undertake that you will:

1. Agree not to use our Website or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or any purpose not authorised by us.
2. Agree not to interfere with the proper working of the Website, gain unauthorised access to it, or use any software or material that contains viruses or harmful components.
