We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unlit, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at sales@louisecandle.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Kindly note that sales sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@louisecandle.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
We regret to inform you that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for sales at this time.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at returns@louisecandle.com. We offer one-to-one exchanges of items with the same value. For exchanges involving items of a different value, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post the funds to your account.
