Resolving Return Hassles: Our Goal to Fix the Issue

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at or call +65-97223997. We aim to find a solution asap. It is helpful if you can briefly explain the issue and send us a photo in case the item was damaged during shipping. We will gladly send a replacement or reimburse you for any defects.

Kindly note that our products are crafted by hand, which may result in minor imperfections that are inherent to manual production. As a result, there may be slight differences in color, pattern, and size compared to the photos. In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as it was received, with the tag still attached.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items and notify us promptly if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will enable us to assess the situation and take necessary steps to rectify the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
