1. Booking of Class
Participants understand that photography and videography may occur during the class. By registering/ordering/paying for the classes, they agree that these images may be used by Louise Candle for promotional purposes. Participants acknowledge that they may be identifiable in these materials and agree to the use of their likeness and the likeness of their creations in such materials.
Multimedia content, including but not limited to photographs and videos, that is captured by Louise Candle staff during any course, session, workshop, talk, or event, will be used solely for the purpose of promoting Louise Candle and its services.
2. Class Venue
We strive to provide accurate class venue information at the time of booking. However, unforeseen circumstances may require us to change the class location. We reserve the right to change the venue without prior consent from participants. Participants will be notified of any venue changes via SMS, email, or phone. Louise Candle will not be held responsible if participants fail to attend the class at the new location despite reasonable notification efforts.
3. Cancellation of Classes
Louise Candle reserves the right to make changes to classes, including amendments to class times, dates, or prices. Any changes to class prices, times, and dates will be communicated to participants before the start date of the class. Participants who have already paid in full for a class will not be subject to any price increases.
4. Cancellation and No Appearance
If a customer cancels an accepted booking with Louise Candle, they may be responsible for cancellation fees. All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via SMS or email) to be valid.
Number of days before class start date:
More than 21 days: No Charges (Full Refund)
8 to 20 days: 50% of class fee charge (Partial Refund)
0 to 7 days: 100% of class fee charge (No Refund)
Non-attendance due to illness, personal, or professional reasons does not guarantee a refund, extra class, or class transfer. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds are provided for any reason, including inability to attend or complete the full duration of the course. The full fee applies regardless of attendance.
5. Late attendance
To ensure the smooth flow of the class, please arrive on time. Latecomers will be brought up to speed when possible, minimizing disruption to other students.
Latecomers may not be able to complete all the items outlined in the workshop description if they arrive more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.
6. Indemnity and Liability
By booking and attending our classes, participants agree to hold harmless Louise Candle and its instructors from any liability arising from their participation. While Louise Candle prioritizes safety, participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the class.
7. Course Description
Louise Candle classes combine theory, practice, and demonstrations. Video or photo recording of any instructional content, including step-by-step instructions and course materials, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in liability for intellectual property rights infringement and require full compensation to Louise Candle. Louise Candle may take photos and videos during classes, which may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and partner websites. All course content is the intellectual property of Louise Candle and cannot be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
Louise Candle reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
