Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–5 business days. Additional charges apply.
Shipping Locations
For international shipping, delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services. However, we also offer local delivery within Singapore, ensuring quicker and more efficient service for our customers in the area.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Shipping Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@louisecandle.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Ensure you provide your order number and any relevant details to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at info@louisecandle.com or call +65-97223997. We aim to find a solution asap. It is helpful if you can briefly explain the issue and send us a photo in case the item was damaged during shipping. We will gladly send a replacement or reimburse you for any defects.
Kindly note that our products are crafted by hand, which may result in minor imperfections that are inherent to manual production. As a result, there may be slight differences in color, pattern, and size compared to the photos. In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as it was received, with the tag still attached.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
